Bridges that shine in a variety of colors

Shinagawa City’s Hikari Waterfront Project

Thirteen bridges spanning the Meguro River, Keihin Canal, and other waterways are lit up in an effort to invigorate the city’s waterfront area. The colors of the lights change occasionally for city-approved events.
