Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatories
The observatories are located on the 45th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1. The South Observatory is open until night, allowing you to see the lights of Shinjuku Park Tower, Tokyo Opera City, and other Shinjuku skyscrapers for free. It also has a cafe.
Spot information
- South Observatory 9:30 AM–10:00 PM (last entry at 9:30 PM)
North Observatory 9:30 AM–5:30 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM)
- South Observatory 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, etc.
North Observatory 2nd and 4th Mondays, etc.
- Both observatories are free
